Waterbury Regional Chamber Health Care Council Names TMW Health 2026 Organizational Excellence Award Recipient
The Modern Woman Health and Wellness Center is deeply honored to receive the 2026 Organizational Excellence Award from the Health Care Council of the Waterbury Regional Chamber. The award was presented on Tuesday, September 22, at the Council's 21st Annual Meeting and Awards Breakfast.
Standing Among Respected Institutions
Past recipients of the Organizational Excellence Award include Saint Mary's Hospital, Waterbury Hospital, VITAS Healthcare, Wellmore Behavioral Health, and the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center. These organizations have served our region for decades. For a private practice only a few years into our work, being recognized alongside them is a profound honor.
A Different Approach to Women's Health
TMW was founded by Dr. Shivanna Subramani-Gonzalez, CMO and doctorate-prepared family nurse practitioner, and co-founder Jeff M. Gonzalez, CEO and psychotherapist. From the beginning, their goal was to build a practice where women no longer have to piece together their care across multiple offices.
