Transforming Healing Through Art & Mindfulness
Caitlin
LPC, ATR-BC, CBC
Caitlin is a licensed therapist, board-certified art therapist, and lifelong artist who believes in the transformative power of creative expression. From an early age, she recognized the healing qualities of art and has dedicated her career to helping others access their own path to healing. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master’s in Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College, where she also serves as an adjunct professor.

Her therapeutic approach is strength-based, client-centered, and deeply holistic, integrating mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Jungian techniques to foster self-discovery and emotional growth. In her sessions, clients have access to a diverse range of artistic mediums, allowing them to process emotions, navigate personal challenges, and find meaning in their experiences.

Specializing in grief and bereavement, trauma, depression, and anxiety, Caitlin is a certified provider in Compassionate Bereavement Care through the MISS Foundation. She is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where healing unfolds naturally.
